About these terms
These terms govern your use of devxweb.com and any services provided by DevXweb (based at 27 Holmead Road, Brisbane, QLD 4179, Australia) to clients across Australia and New Zealand. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Our work
Specific client engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Those documents take precedence over these website terms for anything project-related. These terms cover only your use of this website.
Consumer rights (AU + NZ)
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, including under:
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
- NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 — where you're a consumer as defined by that Act
- NZ Fair Trading Act 1986 — misleading and deceptive conduct rules

The content on this site (writing, images, code) is © DevXweb unless explicitly noted. You can:

Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Disputes will be resolved as follows:
- Australian clients: subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia
- New Zealand clients: by mutual agreement, we accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand for disputes with NZ-based clients
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution — including mediation, if relevant — before commencing formal proceedings.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the home page and via newsletter.
