Ship code we'd inherit.
If we wouldn't want to work in a codebase, we don't ship it. Every PR gets reviewed. Every commit is reversible.
We're a collective of designers, engineers, and strategists in Auckland building digital products that actually solve problems.
DevXweb began in 2022 as freelance software work in Auckland — one engineering student, a laptop, and a clear read on where most agencies fell short: overpromised scopes, missed deadlines, and codebases nobody wanted to inherit.
We built the studio to fix that. Small, senior, and in-house across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland. Clients work directly with the engineers writing their code — no account managers, no offshored builds, no white-label handoffs. We scope realistically, ship weekly, and support what we deliver.
Incorporated in Auckland in 2025 and now headquartered in Brisbane, we've delivered 20+ projects for finance, construction, healthcare, e-commerce, non-profit, and SaaS clients across Australia. The stacks change; the standard doesn't — fast, secure, well-engineered work built to rank, convert, and last.
The values we test every decision against — from how we scope work to how we handle a critical incident at 2am.

Clear scope upfront. Weekly demos. If anything changes, we tell you before we work — not after.
We measure success by your conversion rate, not by our portfolio. If it doesn't move a metric, why are we building it?
Sometimes the best advice is "don't build this yet." We'd rather lose the project than help you ship the wrong thing.
Launch is day one, not the finish line. We offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and incremental improvement plans.
Software is built by people, for people. Burning out engineers to hit a deadline never ends well. We respect the work and the weekend.
