    Week 1

    Full site or app audit — hosting, backups, uptime, dependencies, plugins, PHP/Node version, SSL, DNS, error logs. We surface the risks up-front, in a written report, so the SLA we agree is honest.

Do we have to have built the site with you?
No — most of the sites we care for we didn't build. We run a paid onboarding audit (from AUD $500) that surfaces the risks up-front. If it's not caretake-able as it is, we'll tell you honestly and quote the fixes separately.
What counts as a P1?
Site down, checkout broken, auth broken, data at risk, or anything user-facing that would show up on Twitter within an hour. Everything else is P2 or P3. The threshold is written into the SLA — no argument at 2am about severity.
Is on-call 24/7 or business hours?
Depends on the plan. Marketing site: Australian business hours (Mon–Fri 9–6 AEST). E-commerce: extended (Mon–Sun 8–10 AEST). SaaS: 24/7 pager rota with 15-min P1 response. The plan is picked by risk, not by us.
Do you cover hosting costs?
No — hosting is billed to your card, direct to the provider (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare, WPX, Kinsta). We manage it in your account. This keeps hosting transparent and means you don't get held hostage by a middleman markup.
What if I only need help sometimes?
Two options. One: our small-jobs retainer with a pool of hours (roll-forward one month, then use it or lose it). Two: pay-as-you-go at an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. Both are transparently invoiced with time logs.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — 30 days' written notice, no lock-ins beyond that. On cancellation we hand back every credential, runbook, and monitoring account. If you want a 30-min offboarding call for your next dev, that's included.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes — every plan is remote-first from our Brisbane studio, monitoring the fleet 24/7. Sites we care for run in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Auckland and Wellington. On-site visits for post-incident reviews are available if it helps rebuild trust.
