If your question isn't below, we'll answer it on the discovery call. No sales pitch — just an honest read on whether we're the right shop.

Do you charge a % of ad spend?
No — never. Flat monthly retainer. A % model rewards us for making you spend more, which is exactly the wrong incentive. Our fee is the same whether you spend $10k or $200k a month.
What's the minimum ad budget you'll work with?
We ask for at least AUD $5k/mo in media spend to have enough signal to optimise from. Below that, most platforms don't gather enough data to leave learning phase, and you're better off putting the money into SEO or content.
Do you guarantee ROAS?
No — anyone who does is either lying or bribing your buyer with cashback. We do guarantee: a clean account, honest attribution, weekly written updates, and the freedom to cancel with 30 days' notice if the numbers don't stack up.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Every ad account is registered under your business, billed to your card, and admin-owned by you. We're added as managers. If we part ways, we're removed with two clicks. No data hostages, no "our account" games.
What's the minimum term?
Three months minimum, month-to-month after that with 30 days' notice. Three months is the honest floor — anything shorter and you're paying for setup and learning phase, then leaving before the payoff.
Do you do creative in-house or outsource?
Both. Static ads and landing pages we do in-house. UGC creators we source from a vetted pool of AU/NZ creators (Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland heavy) at a set day-rate, transparently billed at cost.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes — every retainer runs remote-first from our Brisbane studio, with on-site strategy days across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Auckland and Wellington. Most check-ins are video; quarterly reviews we'll travel for.
